Appellate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks appellate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will consist of providing briefing and trial support at the trial level and briefing and oral argument in the state and federal appellate courts. Will get first chair, hands on experience at the appellate level. Researching legal issues arising in individual cases and the maritime industry, and drafting motions and related affidavits. Judicial clerkship is preferred. Should possess superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Must be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
