Junior to Mid-level Associate Attorney needed for Washington, D.C. office

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate attorney with 2-4 years of the relevant law firm or federal government experience and has a working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, and experience with protests, investigations, claims, and disputes. The candidate will join the Government Contracts practice. Will work closely with partners in providing advice to companies involving all aspects of government contracts, including bid protests, size protests, regulatory compliance, investigations, claims, disputes, M&A due diligence, and SBA's set-aside programs. Be involved in writing articles for government contracts publications and participating in speaking events before various government contracts associations. Experience with export control issues (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.

The candidate must have an excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong writing and analytical skills. Should have the ability to develop and communicate, verbally and in writing, practical advice to clients.
