Jacksonville office of our client seeks an attorney, preferably with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Should have previous experience in law. Experience in civil litigation, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant, and real estate transactions preferred.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to build rapport with clients is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
