A law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced First-Party Property Associate Attorney to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of first-party property cases, focusing on insurance disputes and property claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and advise clients on legal matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Argue motions and represent clients in court hearings, ensuring the best possible legal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, discuss case progress, and answer any legal questions.
• Stay updated on changes in first-party property law and insurance defense regulations.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary to support the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensing: Active and in good standing membership with the Florida Bar.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in first-party property litigation or related fields (such as insurance defense) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Florida law and the local court system is advantageous.
