Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior healthcare associate attorney/of counsel with 5-7 years of significant experience representing hospitals, physician groups, surgery centers, behavioral health organizations, ancillary service providers, and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal regulatory compliance, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement, and operational matters. The candidate should preferably have experience advising on the regulatory aspects of transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and contractual agreements. Must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Colorado Bar.

The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent writing capabilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
