Prior experience in litigating and presenting cases before a public utility commission is preferred. Must have strong litigation skills (the ability to present and cross-examine expert witnesses) and experience, and a keen interest in specializing in the firm's energy and public utility law practice area are especially encouraged to apply.
The candidate must have strong analytical, writing, legal research and oral advocacy skills.
