Estates and Trust Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks estates and trust attorney with 5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, probate, wills and trusts, and trust administration (business law and/or tax experience a plus). The candidate will be meeting with the client to learn the clients goals. Will be setting case strategy, legal strategy and performing tasks needed to drive the case to milestones and timely resolution. Approving final estate planning documents under signature. Appearing on behalf of and advocating for clients during guardianship, estate and trust administration hearings. Knowledge of and/or experience with fiduciary income tax issues essential. Experience in handling probate matters, including preparing and filing motions and trust litigation, preferred. Must be in good standing and admitted to the NY Bar.
