Private Equity Transactions Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks private equity transactions associate attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience in corporate transactions work representing private equity companies. The candidate will be expected to advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies with respect to sophisticated public or private acquisitions, growth investments, as well as general corporate matters, including governance and securities law compliance matters. Will also be responsible for advising Private Equity firms on issues such as structuring global investments, risk and contract interpretation, shareholder agreements, investments activities, and portfolio management. Expect to have the resources of a global law firm and work within teams to manage various parts of transactions independently. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and have the ability to manage priorities seamlessly. Excellent academic credentials are required.
