Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an e-discovery counsel (staff attorney) with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will provide substantive legal advice concerning electronic discovery issues, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), to the eDiscovery team, case teams, and clients; develop defensible strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, culling, searching, and productions; interface with opposing counsel and tribunals regarding eDiscovery issues and disputes; and advise clients regarding records management and data governance issues that relate to or impact the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) in disputes proceedings. Work effectively with the eDiscovery team to provide the full range of eDiscovery services to disputes teams and clients and to be a thought leader within the firm on eDiscovery and data governance issues.
