Entry-level or Junior Corporate and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent writing skills, and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. A judicial clerkship would be a plus. Virginia Bar membership will be required within one year of hire.
