Junior to Mid-level Private Funds Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level private funds associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will join its Investment Management group. Experience in the structuring and formation of private equity funds or venture capital funds and negotiation with limited partners is required. Additional experience with structuring general partner and management companies as well as experience with real estate funds and/or hedge funds is also helpful. In addition, experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related issues, representing institutional investors in their investments into private investment funds and various other corporate and partnership matters is ideal.
