Greenwood Village office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration associate attorney with 1-2 years as an immigration attorney. The candidate will oversee and manage family-based immigration and removal defense cases under the supervision of Partners. Prepare and file family-based permanent residency applications (Immediate Relative, Preference Relative, VAWA/Widower based I-130 and I-360 petitions). Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with the U.S. State Department. Prepare and file responses to USCIS requests for evidence. Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings before EOIR on applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and waiver cases. Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees. Must have an admission to Colorado or other State Bar; Strong research, writing, organizational and client service skills.

The candidate must have a JD Degree from an accredited law school. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills are required. Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, as well as be deadline and detail-oriented.
