San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney. The candidate will assist the supervising attorney in the management of family law cases. Will prepare letters, pleadings, declarations, lodgments, attachments to subpoenas, financial disclosures, mediation, and trial briefs. Propound and respond to discovery, prepare meet and confer letters, and prepare motions to compel. Telephone and email contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits. Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings and trials. Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums. Track billable time. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

The candidate must have an interest in family law. Should be a fast learner with strong analytical skills and oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills are required. Should be a highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work well within a team.
