The candidate will assist clients with divorces, domestic violence, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, parental rights and custody, and appellate practice. Will step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial. Follow up on leads generated by the firm, as well as to develop their own leads through firm-supported marketing. Should have NJ Bar admission. NY Bar admission is a plus.
The candidate should have exceptional research, writing and client-relationship skills. Should have an interest in finding a long-term professional home in a firm that employs talented and dedicated professionals.
