Duties:

• Provide written advocacy in defense of government investigations and related complex civil fraud litigation.
• Manage matters, including developing investigation strategies.
• Oversee responses to government subpoenas, CIDs, or other document requests.
• Master complex factual analysis for litigation.
• Demonstrate superb judgment and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Two to five years of relevant legal experience.
