Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate attorney preferably with 3-6 or 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance, and related business matters. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
