Banking and Finance Attorney

Woodbridge office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a banking and finance attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate must have experience in commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate, and construction transactions and financings. Experience in commercial, industrial, asset-based, and real estate financing is preferred. NJ Bar in good standing is required. NY and PA Bar preferred.

The candidate must be familiar with underwriting criteria, required documentation, filings, due diligence, closing, and post-closing processes representing financial institutions in complex commercial loans. A strong background in Corporate Law. Outstanding academic achievement, strong written and oral communication skills.
