Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks financial services litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. The candidate must be a VA Barred attorney. This is a non-partnership track role with a reduced billable hours requirement and bonus eligibility. Delaware Bar admission is a plus. Experience independently handling multiple concurrent cases and managing deadlines is needed. Experience in consumer finance-related litigation a major plus, such as claims related to banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, auto finance companies, student lenders, debt collection companies, and other financial services companies is needed.

Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills is needed. Juris Doctorate degree or better is essential.
