Wheaton office of our client seeks commercial litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be drafting and preparing motions, briefs, pleadings, and papers and other litigation documents. Will be formulating legal strategy and case management. Conducting legal research. Managing written and oral discovery. Appearing in court for status, hearings and trials. Previous law firm experience is preferred. Strong litigation skills, such as managing all phases of discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, electronic document production, taking and defending depositions is needed. Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills is needed. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients and adversaries is essential. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills is needed.
