Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business bankruptcy associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will assist in the representation of debtors, creditors, and official and unofficial committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Will draft and review court filings, including motions, memoranda, and complaints. Conduct research and draft related correspondence, memoranda, and briefs. Attend to all matters related to discovery in contested matters as well as adversary proceedings. Participate in trials, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits. Large firm or equivalent (e.g. clerkship) experience is required. Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court is beneficial. Admission to the NY Bar is required.

The candidate must have superior academic credentials. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
