Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience, including 1+ year of federal employment law experience. The candidate should preferably serve in litigated cases before the EEOC; litigated cases before the MSPB; first-chaired a deposition; litigated a case through summary judgment in federal court; litigated a case in the Eastern District of Virginia; litigated employment cases, particularly under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA and FLSA, settled contingency fee cases. Virginia Bar license strongly preferred. Bar admission to DC and Maryland a plus.

The firm focuses its practice on workplace laws and protecting the rights of clients facing sexual harassment, caregiver discrimination, and wrongful termination. The firm's attorneys are licensed to practice in all courts in Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and Maryland. The firm's office is located in Arlington, Virginia.
