Litigation Associate Attorney

Wichita office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will have significant responsibility for pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters. Will have proficiency in handling e-discovery and fact development. Handling matters across a variety of practice areas, including commercial, employment, and product liability litigation. Active Kansas license is required. Clerkship and court experience are a plus.

The candidate should have excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics. Should have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload on work spanning high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial work.
