Junior Personal Injury Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior personal injury attorney with 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. The candidate will create relationships with clients and guide them through the litigation process. Will work with clients and medical providers regarding medical treatment. Work with opposing counsel and the court system. Research case law, statutes, jury verdicts, etc. Prepare Demands, Motions, Discovery, Disclosures, etc. Participate in Mediations, Depositions, and trials. 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a personal injury attorney with a working knowledge of personal injury law in Colorado strongly preferred. Needles database experience is a plus. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.

The candidate should have strong written, analytical, and organizational skills (fluent in written and spoken English). Must be able to draft professional documents that are free of grammar and spelling mistakes. Able to deal empathetically with clients who are injured and scared while still maintaining professionalism is required. Must be aware of and sensitive to cultural differences. Able to learn new programs quickly and accurately is needed. Should be able to problem solve, follow instructions, be creative, use discretion, ask questions when necessary and be detail oriented. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task are needed. Must be able to work as part of a team.
