Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business litigation associate attorney with relevant legal experience. Deposition, arbitration, and trial experience are a plus. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters such as corporate disputes, partnership dissolution litigation, trade secret litigation, contract disputes, and employment litigation. Must be currently admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.

The candidate must have strong research and writing skills and experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, and other written work product.
