Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Roseland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate attorney with 7+ years of experience including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and sophisticated real estate finance. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated and challenging transactions in collaboration with the team of talented attorneys. Will work with family offices, institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Lead or co-lead sophisticated transactions and be involved in general transaction strategy and oversight. Maintain and develop client relationships and have significant involvement in transaction strategy. Should have commercial finance experience, closing and negotiating complex loans on behalf of borrowers and/or lenders. Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and handling acquisitions and dispositions needed. Should have Bar admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is performed.

The candidate should have excellent writing and time management skills. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. A strong desire to excel at a growing, dynamic law firm.
