Real Estate Affordable Housing Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate affordable housing associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate at a nationally recognized law firm or applicable experience with multifamily and/or commercial real estate lenders, agency financing programs (FHA, Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae), developers and/or property owners. The ideal candidate must have experience in financing affordable multifamily real estate deals with Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae and comfort with drafting transactional documents. Experience in affordable housing development, tax-exempt bond financing, low-income housing tax credits, agency financing programs (FHA, Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae), and HUD subsidy programs is a plus. Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, and a client-team focused approach is a must. Should be admitted to the DC Bar or immediately eligible to waive into the DC Bar.
