Mid to Senior-level Associate Attorney needed for Washington, D.C. office

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid to senior-level associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in-house or with a law firm helping cable, telecommunications, and/or wireless providers deploy network facilities. The candidate will join its Communications Practice Group. Will focus on joint use, pole attachment, and infrastructure deployment matters, including contract negotiations with pole owners, rental rate analysis and strategy under federal and state formulas, wireless deployment issues, strategic consulting, FCC and state pole attachment complaint proceedings, FCC and state regulatory proceedings, rulemakings, and other advocacy before the FCC and state regulatory commissions. Experience negotiating pole attachment rates under the FCC and state formulas and agreements under federal law and FCC rules, as well as a similar easement or right-of-way agreements and knowledge of the applicable state and federal regulatory landscape, are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
