Health Law Associate (Regulatory) Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health law associate (regulatory) attorney with 4+ years of experience The candidate will be researching, analyzing, and advising on Medicaid and Medicare A, B, C, and/or D requirements as well as state and federal fraud and abuse laws (the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, similar state laws). Will be working on various aspects of transactions, including health care regulatory due diligence and analysis of transaction structures to assess compliance with health care regulatory requirements, and draft/review contracts with health care regulatory implications. Experience in one or more of these regulatory areas is required. Must have an LL.M. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Should be Admitted to or eligible for admission to the DC Bar. Experience with FDA, DEA, and/or pharmacy regulatory matters is preferred.

The candidate should have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to respond to client requests quickly, efficiently, and effectively are critical. Must be Graduated with a JD degree. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires immediate partner and client contact needed. Should have a high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients. Must be able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail. Should be able to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
