The candidate will serve in professional legal work providing counsel and representation to clients. Will conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes. Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial. Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites. Use computer programs, document management systems, and other technology to enhance job performance.
