Mid-level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

Boca Raton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level corporate transactional associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will join its cannabis practice. Will work on sophisticated M&A, private equity, debt finance, private company corporate governance, other commercial transactions and regulatory matters, including preparation of cannabis licensing application packages. Should have experience representing industry operators (cultivators, processors, dispensaries, independent testing labs, transportation companies and/or other ancillary businesses). Large law firm experience preferred with 2+ years of cannabis experience in any of the following jurisdictions: CA, FL, IL, NV, NY or NJ. Bar admission required.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials.
