Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate and trust administration attorney with 3 years of experience primarily focused on the areas of estate administration and trust administration. The candidate will be responsible for helping the estate and trust administration team grow both in revenue and in their knowledge base. Will review drafted documents for estate and trust administration for quality and accuracy. Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve clients' interests. Develop methods to explain the strategies employed to a variety of audiences including beneficiaries, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals. Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and ensure their experience with the team is exceptional. Work with the team to develop and improve processes and procedures. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Should be proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others.

The candidate should be well-organized and share a growth mindset. Must be committed to client satisfaction. Passionate about helping others is needed. Thrive on the success of the team and the firm is required. Should have a strong drive to work within a team and work with clients. Comfortable discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients is required.
