associate attorney needed for New York City office

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will be expected to work independently and interface with clients. Must have NY state court experience, as well as experience with general commercial litigation. Should be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar. Current or prior employment with an AmLaw 100 firm is a plus.

The candidate must possess a strong academic background along with exceptional research and writing skills. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills. Should have a Bachelor's degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school.
