Duties:

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and motions.
  • Represent clients in court by arguing motions and other legal matters.
  • Lead investigative efforts related to client cases, gathering crucial evidence.
  • Participate in trials, presenting cases, and advocating for clients.
  • Develop and execute case strategies, working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Oversee settlement disbursements, ensuring accurate allocation of funds.
  • Depending on experience, manage or supervise junior staff, offering guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas (required).
  • 1–3 years of litigation experience; trial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Must reside in Austin, Texas, or be willing to relocate.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar License (required).
