Rockville office of our client seeks attorney with 2+ years of experience in real estate litigation and/or foreclosure experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of Summons and Complaints Foreclosure. Will represent secured creditors, banks, and mortgage services in foreclosure actions/mediations/and evictions. Review Foreclosure and Eviction documents. Draft various motions and written responses. Review and address court and attorney correspondence. Interpret laws, legislation or regulations. Must have a MD Bar admission. Multi Barred with VA and/or DC are a plus.

A successful candidate must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to build rapport with clients; Ability to work meticulously to ensure quality of work; Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects.
