Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level tax associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate must have some background in subchapters C and K. Experience in state and local tax would be a plus. Exposure to income and excise tax issues faced by tax exempt organizations and an LL.M. are a plus. Full-time law firm experience are required.

The candidate should have strong analytical writing skills and exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills that evidence an ability to function smoothly in a team environment and to work well with outside counsel. Superior academic credentials from a top ranked law school required.
