The candidate should have substantive knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Additional experience includes working with investment advisers and other service providers on regulatory, compliance and business matters; advising boards of directors/trustees of U.S.-registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters.

The candidate must have an excellent academic background, strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
