ERISA Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have experience in conducting due diligence in corporate transactions and drafting resolutions, agreements, plan amendments, and equity plans. Prior experience in ERISA or tax is also preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, keen attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, and enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.
