Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior technology transaction attorney with 5+ years of significant experience directly counseling clients and conducting commercial negotiations to serve as a practice support lawyer (PSL) for the Technology Transactions Department. The candidate will be providing internal and external thought leadership on practice and legal developments, and to develop and update Department programs and materials. Will be working with the Practice Technology and Innovation Committee to identify and implement practice improvement innovations, technologies, and processes. Assisting in the development and implementation of a new subscription offering for specific types of commercial agreements. Drafting client alerts and other external publications on commercial contracting topics. Drafting, updating, and promoting standard forms. Developing and curating collections of high-quality precedents and samples. Updating existing and developing new Department trainings. Marketing these resources to attorneys, soliciting feedback, and using feedback to improve resources. Coordinating practice group meetings and other events, including attending the Departments annual summit. Working with Marketing to update the firms online commercial contract law resources. Organizing external seminars, webinars, and other events focused on technology transactions topics. Coordinating the representation on ABA section and other relevant legal organizations.

The candidate must have an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy and dynamic work environment, will need to build trusted advisor relationships with attorneys at all levels, have a great work ethic, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
