Immigration Associate Attorney

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration associate attorney with 2+ years of experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases. The candidate will primarily handle family-based immigration cases, with some immigration court work as needed. Will be drafting support letters and forms, reviewing filings, communicating with clients and various government agencies, supervising support staff, consulting with prospective clients, and attending community fora and seminars organized by the firm. Must be in good standing with the State Bar. Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience is preferred. Spanish fluency is preferred.

The candidate must possess excellent writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others. Must be highly ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This law firm exclusively represents clients on matters related to immigration. Their areas of practice include business and investment immigration, humanitarian relief, deferred action, family integration, and citizenship. Their offices are located in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
