Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial finance associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate should have a strong transactional background with experience working on a variety of complex finance transactions including syndicated and portfolio transactions. Understanding and working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in all phases of commercial finance transactions is required. Experience with workouts/restructuring, and/or M&A and private equity transactions is a plus. Active Bar admission is preferred.
