Walnut Creek office of our client seeks construction defect litigation associate attorney with experience. The candidate will assist in handling motions, discovery, and trial preparation; Client communications; Case status reporting; Work closely with experts. Should be admitted to practice in the State of California within the last 5 years. Admitted to practice in other states is a plus.

Must be detail orientated, reliable, and able to work efficiently without constant oversight. Must have JD degree from an accredited law school. Strong academic background is needed. Strong research, organizational, and time management skills and excellent written and oral communication skills is needed.
