The candidate should preferably have demonstrated experience in transactions related to energy companies and power projects, including the federal and state regulations applying to those transactions. Experience in matters involving regional transmission organizations and wholesale power markets is a plus. Should have Bar admission in good standing in the District of Columbia jurisdiction.

The candidate should have excellent technical, drafting, professional, and client service skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills. Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration is required. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team need to be needed.
