Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate and commercial finance associate attorney with 2-4 years of significant and substantive experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions and financings. The candidate should preferably have experience working with lenders, developers, servicers, asset managers, owners, financial institutions, and investors in a diverse range of financing, development and investment matters. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Substantive practical prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
