Fort Myers office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Real Estate Group. The candidate will serve on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including providing real estate support to the Firms community association clients in real estate related matters. Will draft and prepare routine commercial leases and amendments. Have client relations and communications. Work independently and manage legal projects from inception to conclusion. Must preferably have 5+ years of real estate experience. Should be member of the Florida Bar. Substantial experience in closing purchases, sales and financing for commercial and residential transactions are essential. Extensive contract and document review experience is needed.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills. Should preferably have Microsoft Office Suite and a document management system.
