Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Negotiate settlements and engage in pre-trial resolution strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (personal injury and/or habitability law preferred).
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases with varying complexity.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in California.
