New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is actively seeking associates to join our Renewable Energy Project Finance Group. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Should have meaningful experience with transacting on renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power, including complex transactions involving project finance, investment structures, tax equity, real estate, and energy laws. Must preferably have general familiarity with corporate and commercial transactions and meaningful experience: Representing lenders and financial institutions in the drafting/negotiation of documentation relating to project financing, including construction, term, and development financings; Representing project developers and project sponsors in the drafting/negotiation of renewable energy project documents, such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements and ground and roof leases, as well as conducting due diligence of renewable energy projects; and representing buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and dispositions.

The candidate must have an excellent academic record and strong writing and analysis skills.
