Attorney

Washington DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 1-year of experience. The candidate will be involved with a wide variety of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, client counseling, opinion work, and litigation support. Must have experience in a law firm or at the USPTO. Must have obtained a JD degree from an accredited law school and be actively licensed as an attorney in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction. If not currently licensed in D.C., must be eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar, or be willing and eligible to sit for the D.C. Bar exam. Must have an advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) and/or industry experience in chemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent discipline. Must have excellent academic credentials. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
