Television Development Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of our client seeks associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience in scripted television development and production matters. The candidate will work with both the studio/production company and talent side of entertainment transactions. Should have significant experience with drafting, interpreting, analyzing, and negotiating a wide range of complicated agreements including rights option purchase agreements, writer agreements, producer agreements, and director agreements. Experience as production counsel is preferred.

Must have strong academic credentials.
