Employment And Labor Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment and labor associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The candidate will be providing high-level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues. Will be litigating Trade secret/employee mobility, the whistleblower (SOX, Dodd-Frank), and high stakes single-plaintiff employment actions. Advising on employment aspects of M&A transactions. Defending against complex employment actions in state and federal court, including pay equity class actions. Membership to the California Bar is required. Trial experience is a plus. Must have the ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis; draft and argue substantive briefs and motions, and take and defend depositions with limited supervision.

The candidate should preferably have top academic credentials. Must have strong writing and client relations skills.
