Hamilton office of our client seeks local government and municipal attorney with 4+ years of experience, with familiarity in general litigation. The candidate will represent local government entities, as well as other special-interest clients. Will prepare ordinances and resolutions. Attend and/or participate in meetings with government bodies (typically held in the evening). Provide guidance on sections of Title 40 and 40A, local public contracts laws, Open Public Records Act and Open Public Meetings Act, and other state statutes impacting local government. Maintain a high-level of proficiency in the most current and advanced planning and legal techniques. Should have extensive experience representing New Jersey government entities. Must be admitted to the NJ Bar. Experience with government clients are a plus.

The candidate should possess drive, energy, leadership potential, and high professional standards.
